Ratings: manual, and only after a real chat

On Findino you rate a buyer or seller yourself, by hand, after a deal or a serious conversation. Ratings are never auto-generated, never bought, and never imported.

• You can rate only someone you actually chatted with about a listing. No chat, no rating.
• Submitting a rating asks what happened: deal completed, or no deal, and how the experience was.
• Ratings appear on profiles with the count of ratings behind them, so a 4.8 from 2 ratings reads differently from a 4.8 from 200.

This manual-only design is deliberate. It is slower than automatic scores, and it is exactly why a Findino rating can be trusted.
