How long Findino keeps chat records

Chat records are kept while your account is active so that reports can be investigated properly. When you delete a conversation, it disappears from your inbox; a copy is retained for a limited period for safety and legal reasons, then removed.

• Message text is never placed on public pages, in analytics, or in routine error logs.
• Access to conversations is limited to staff who need it for support or a safety report.
• Every staff access to a conversation is recorded in an access log.
