How to read a listing

A Findino listing is built to answer your questions before you chat:

  • Price and model details: model, storage or RAM, and variant.
  • Battery health: mandatory on iPhones and MacBooks, shown on the listing.
  • Serial number: mandatory on iPhones and MacBooks, so you can check the device before you travel.
  • Condition: Like New, Very Good or Fair, picked from the Findino condition guide.
  • What is included: the seller ticks box, charger, bill and other items from a checklist.
  • Location and seller profile: the seller's area, ratings from real chats, and whether they are ID Verified.

Honest labels, always

  • A "less than new" percentage is shown only when the current new price and its source are named on the listing.
  • Tap the ID Verified badge to see exactly what was checked and when.
  • Fino's price grade is a clearly labelled estimate, and the listing shows the basis it was calculated from.
