Paying for plans and boosts

Plans and boosts are the only things you ever pay Findino for, and you pay inside your Findino account. Findino never collects money for a deal between a buyer and a seller.

If a paid boost does not apply

If a payment succeeds but a bump or feature does not appear due to a technical error, contact us through Fino with your payment reference and we will apply the boost or refund the amount.

Changing or cancelling a plan

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Account, then Plan. Changes apply from the next billing cycle, and your current plan stays active until the paid period ends.
